We are proudly a technician-owned husband and wife, local repair team. That’s right! The owner of the company is the one who will be coming out and evaluating, recommending and performing any necessary and agreed to repairs on your appliance. We both spent years working for larger appliance repair companies. We took the risk of starting our own business specifically because we were required to overcharge, over-service and over-argue with customers. We just knew there was a better way to approach the entire experience and that it truly needed to be centered around caring.

What are your prices?
Our diagnostic fee is $150 and up depending on brand of appliance.
How much does the repair cost?
Our technician will go over the recommended list of repairs and parts necessary. The total repair estimate will include the service call. You would only pay the service call rate separately if you choose not to have the appliance repaired.
